JOB DESCRIPTION OF Sr.Quality Engineer/Asst. Engineer
Experience : 3-4 yrs
Job Profile:
1. Excellent knowledge of hardware and software of mobile.
2. Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout
the organisation.
3. Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.
4. Assessing the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and
comparing with customer requirements.
5. User Research (collection + analysis)
6. Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
7. Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
8. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
9.Collating and analysing performance data and charts against defined parameters.
10. Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and
evaluated and that product
modifications are investigated if necessary.
11. Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
12. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
